I've been trying to cut down on my food intake, though I'm still at 120lbs. My target is to 5-10 lbs lighter and its really hard considering that I tend to binge if I felt deprived.
Last Tuesday, I was planning not to have dinner, instead we stopped by Banchetto in Libis and had a big dinner and a sinful dessert, then today, I had a big lunch followed by my favorite donuts - triple choco boom, you can tell from the name of the donuts that its not your regular donuts but sugar-loaded one and had ham and cheese croissant and a can of coke for snacks! OMG! What's happening to me, tonight I had shrimp and veggies for dinner.
