Having to handle two (2) top projects of the company for the year. The old project is in its last stage, I'm pushing for its implementation by the end of the month while the new one is for baselining only. Project baselining is always the hardest part of any PM.
But I'm enjoying my work, its just that - I wish I have a secretary or assistant who I can assign the teeny-weeny details.
