YAYA-LESS...
Again for the nth time, I'm yaya-less since yaya has to go home often to take care of relocation concerns of her family.

I was supposed to report to office today but was not able to since she needs to extend some more time to complete all the documentary requirements being asked of her. I took the opportunity to bring Hermione to her pedia as I'm bothered with her persistent cough. She was advised to take antibiotics for 3 days and to go back to her daily asthma maintenance which we temporarily suspended just to validate if she can do without it, apparently not - yet for now.

So here I am looking after the little girl while checking on some wedding gown designs for my bestfriend while I blog ,FB and do online shopping in between.

So what I have so far in my cart:
Vitamins - from B2,B5,B6 (all for skin), C, E, and Folic Acid in preparation for Baby # 2
WD  MyPassport 1 TB Hard Drive - I got 2 for me and my friend M
WD External Hard Drive Case - for my new passport of course :)
Thumb Drives - for me and hubby
UrbanEar Medis Earphone in Tomato Red - Hubby's request
Avent Products - for Hermione
Omron BP Monitor - for my dear Nanay
Braun Digital Thermometer - for our nephew
Anti-acne Regimen - from Acne.Org since my skin is starting to breakout

So far, that's it. Next on my list is make-up, Naked 2 is number 1 in my list :)

FACETIME
Facetime is simply AWESOME!

Me and my hubby are always on Facetime. The 3 months of being apart is tolerable with Facetime. I'm just glad that I let the hubby borrow my new ipad since he opted to give me his iphone 4S. He was planning to buy iphone there but since it was shockingly expensive, he will just wait for me so I can give him back his iphone and I'll just use my ever dependable blackberry.

NEW HOME
The other thing I'm busy with is finding a nice place for us. Hubby is currently staying with her Aunt's Villa. Its quite far to his office, around 45mins to an hour drive.

Before we move there in September, hubby should be able to set up the flat/apartment. Rent is expensive there with all the expats migrating like crazy, however, since employers usually shoulder the rent cost, it wouldn't be an issue unlike in SG where all you get is basic salary and you have to pay for everything.

A flat/apartment would usually cost around 50K-70K in pesos, that is just for 1 bedroom. Gosh, I'm still finding it really hard to accept that rent would cost that much. Good thing that hubby has accommodation allowance that would allow us to afford a Villa. A villa is usually the most expensive place to rent in ME as it is usually 4 to 5 bedrooms that is usually the same count as the bathrooms, with pool and the likes. However, we are opting for a 1bedroom or 2bedroom apartment/flat so it would be easier for me to manage (spell: clean).  Filipinos usually rent Villa for sharing or subletting purposes, but knowing me, I would want the house for ourselves.

Accommodation for rent varies from unfurnished to furnished. Furnished are expected to be more expensive than the bare ones. Bare means they already have kitchen cabinets and A/C. I'm thinking of getting an unfurnished unit since I'm not fond of USED furniture or even appliances. Besides, the hubby also has furniture allowance, enough for us to have everything we need. However, since this is an allowance, its given in cash like any other allowances he have, no need to show receipts of purchases made, so the practical me would just go for those that are necessary: Ref, Washing Machine, TV, Mattress, Gas Range and other appliances that would help me run the house. *Wink*Wink*

NEW RIDE
Me and the hubby are busy with finding a new ride for us. We plan to move to an SUV since the family is growing. And since gasoline will never be an issue if you're in ME. Vehicles are relatively cheaper compared here in PH.

His Take:

Toyota Landcruiser Prado

Honda Pilot

My Peg: Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Fortuner, Hyundai Sta. Fe and Kia Sorento which are way less expensive, anyway, we are just starting. After a couple of years, we can just buy a second  ride for the hubby and the old one goes to me.

Apart from the accommodation allowance, transportation allowance is also given on a monthly basis as part of hubby's package. Public transport is limited there and its best to have your own wheels. While hubby is still working on getting his license, he rented a car service to get him to and from the office, cost around P9K monthly. Not bad.

The only downside is he cannot go around since the service is on a agreed route, he usually takes cab when he needs to go somewhere else.

SO MANY LITTLE THINGS TO DO, SO LITTLE TIME...
Since I tendered my resignation, I have this constant bout with myself to come to the office. I lost my interest in my work and would just want to go on with my plans:

1) Enroll in a cooking class
2) Take a massage class
3) Go to the gym for regular workout sessions
4) Spring clean the house
5) Put a garage sale
6) Read books

I'm not yet done with my list, I still have so much to do aside from getting ready for the big medical test and working on our Visa requirements.
