I just got back to the office after a hefty lunch at Brazil Brazil with our Boss, a nice treat for a job well done launching the LTO e-PATROL.
We are so happy! It seems that our President is very happy with our output. I came home at 9PM last night and return to office at 4AM. At 12NN, I was so exhausted.
It's Tuesday, the day before the grand launching of our project. We've been working really hard since February for this one. It will be a grand media event as it will be unveil by no less than PGMA.
My hubby was kind enough to do the laundry for me, he's been also preparing his baon since I'm always asleep by the time he goes up for work. He will go home early today to transfer our stuff to the other room where its more quieter. Our neighbors is really driving me crazy.
Sometimes, I'm asking myself what have I done good in my past life to deserve my hubby. I love you Honeybabes!
Its Sunday and I'm here at the office...monitoring the test run for our project that will be launched on April 26.
It's been a very busy week for me...except last Wednesday when we accompany my in-laws to the airport and had the whole day off with Mr. Buncs, we went to SM, bought a center and side tables at Dimensione then we watched Tristan and Isolde.
The tables were delivered yesterday completing our sala. I was so elated to learn that Mum is still in need of curtain rods, I can give her ours so we can buy the native blinds we saw at SM. We will be needing around 5K to cover up all the windows, maybe we can schedule it before the 2nd quarter ends. Mr. Buncs wanted to buy a console which I beg him not to - for now...we shell out most of our savings for the house and I wanted to take a break so we could start saving up. I intend to buy an SUV by the end of the year, it need not to be brand new, a second hand will do. We're selling our car to my bro...so we atleast a couple hundred thousands for the SUV.
I wanted also to start saving up for a small business, Mr. Buncs said I can open up a small business with my friends...hmnnnn
I wanted to do so many things...but there's so little time.
After paying another visit to the wake of my ninong, Mr.Buncs and I headed to SM North to buy another abaca twine ball from Regalong Pambahay. We passed by Dimensione where we saw what we have been looking for the longest time - a center table. The sales lady informed us that they will go on sale on Wednesday so we decided to come back by then, a 10% discount is not bad after all...
We also bought a new flat iron...our old one is not working for us since its very heavy. We went home and started decorating our house...it feels more homey now...what we want is to concentrate in one area at a time...so we can manage our funds well and work on the details.
I'm so happy that Mr.Buncs is into the decorating thing with me. He's very supportive. I'm really thankful that I have a wonderful husband.
I'm back here in the office, sipping a huge cup of coffee..
We spend the lenten season watching dvd and doing house chores. Come Saturday, we went to SM North, we intend to buy some office and party outfits for our upcoming summer outing. Mr. Buncs bought a summer-inspired polo and shorts while I had 2 brown blouses to take home. He also bought some tools for home repairs.
We passed by Regalong Pambahay, I fell in love with this lamp. I asked Mr.Buncs if we could buy it - of course he said yes! We ended up buying centerpieces for sala and dinner table...abaca ball as corner decor (Im going back for another one)...We ended up spending 7K for that trip to the mall...whatever happened to the "saving" mode...hehe
Last Sunday, we had our apartment blessed by Daddy Ed. The Buncs family went to our apartment and we feasted on a simple lunch that we prepared for them.
Its almost 12NN here in the office and I just got back from a series of meetings.Hay.
The office seems to be quieter since most are on vacation leave, lucky for them. I was supposed to be gone next week for a whole week vacation with my hubby, probably to Puerto Galera since we are on a "saving" mode after having spent most of our savings in our "moving-out" project. My VL was recalled since I need to help out in one of our important project.
Well, I don't really mind since the company outing is scheduled soon, we will have our VL sometime in May.
We went home at 7PM last night...I updated our expenses sheet while hubby busied himself with our laundry. After finishing off the updates, I marinated chicken for his baon and ate yogurt ice cream and cheese curls hehe.
Of course, we watched 2 episodes of LOST before going to sleep.

By Friday, I thought I needed some pampering, I went to the salon to have a foot and hand spa and I had my nails done.
Come Saturday, hubby went out to purchase new tires for our car while I cooked tinolang manok, we had our lunch and went to SM. After buying a couple of items for the haus, such as: vanity mirror for the CR, clothes organizer, table runner, place mats, salt and pepper shakers, another set of pot holders and hand towels and ironing mat.
As we are about to leave, we passed by Executive Optical, I tried on one of their sunglasses from Ralph Lauren and we ended up buying it. Starting January, I've been looking for sunglasses but can't seem to find one. Its really true that, you will find what you're looking for when you stop looking for it.
I was really excited to go home, but I came in at 9AM so I have to wait 'til 7PM...I intend to cook adobong porkchop so hubby and I stopped by a store to buy laurel leaves, each pack cost 50 cents so I bought P5 hehehe talking about hording.
A block away from our apartment, there this place which sells pineapple at P8 each...so cheap huh, we bought a couple of pineapples keeping in mind that hubby will have to peel it off since I don't know how to...
After changing to much comfortable clothes, I started cooking adobo and cleaning the kitchen, we had cinnabon for our dinner and a cup of twinnings tea...hmnnn. After taking a bath, we watched the season ender episode of LOST.
Last Saturday, I spent my day, doing the laundry and mostly cleaning our new apartment and of course, catching up with LOST episodes. My body ached when I woke up Sunday since I'm not used to doing household chores, we had our lunch at Max's restaurant courtesy of my sister-in-law, Ate Lani as a treat of her two sons who graduated a week a go. While hubby fetched my in-laws in their place in Cainta at the same time picked some of our things...I went shopping for bath towels, a chopping knife and other kitchen stuff. We also had to replace the carpet we bought last week at Sta. Lucia and bought another one for our room.
After having a petty misunderstanding immediately after hearing the mass, we went to Robinson's supermarket as I bought something to cook for the week. We headed off our place in Marikina wherein we picked up the laundry and some of my personal stuff. It was almost past 10PM when we reached QC. After clearing our belongings, we took bath and sleep.
