Finally our visa notice is here.

Last Oct 28 hubby received an sms notification from Q Immigration that our visa is ready for delivery pending payment but since its holiday there we had to wait for a week for the company to settle it.

But heck, the Embassy here didn't accept our visa for attestation since the names are not completely specified, they want it in FirstName, MiddleName, LastName format, Grrr. So we had to wait another week for it to be updated. We were hoping that it would be available by Sunday (yesterday) so we can have it attested by the Embassy until Thursday - that for us to go together with hubby on Friday.

God is really good, immediately after our farewell lunch with our families at Vikings, we checked it and its been updated :)

Hubby and I spent the night packing our boxes for shipment, the boxes  totaled to 17, not sure of the exact weight since I didn't bother to have it all on scale, but it should not be more than 300 kilograms.

Then hubby went off to the embassy at 4 o'clock in the morning to line up, he was # 4 in the line - visas were accepted, so we are really going with him. We just need to claim it on Thursday.

I'm beginning to feel pangs of sadness as I will leave my family and friends behind. It will just be the three of us there, but I'm really happy at the same time since we will be together as a family. Hermione is really looking forward to seeing her new toy - the Disney Talking Kitchen. And I'm looking forward to my new role as a domesticated wife *wink*wink*
